A lovely clean and professional place, with welcoming staff. I have very tight muscles and flexibility issues, but Nadia was great at focusing on the problem areas. She took her time to identify where to work and applied just the right amount of pressure and manipulation. Afterwards, the muscles that were treated felt like they'd been through a gym workout, which to me shows that they were stressed just the right amount. Definitely recommended for those with stiff or tight muscles. A very professional massage.
